I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to affect so many people’s lives, in such a positive way through the beautiful transformations that I perform. There are not many other professions that bring together science, health, and aesthetics to offer such incredible, dramatic and even life-changing results.

I appreciate that my career fosters the time to develop a relationship with each patient and their family. These are strong, lasting connections and mean the world to me. I love contributing to those in my care in any way I can. Whether it’s giving simple advice, encouragement or supporting his/her’s educational, vocational and extracurricular activities. It warms my heart and brightens my day when I think of the people who have allowed me to be part of their journey to a beautiful smile!

My first exposure to orthodontics was as a patient. I clearly remember finding treatment pleasant and the joy I experienced looking for the first time at my beautiful smile after the braces were removed. The confidence boost that smile gave me made it feel like I could take on the world by the horns! Now as a dedicated smile provider, I strive to provide the same experience and results to all my patients.

I treasure being able to observe children, teens and adults change from often shy to overtly confident individuals as they fall in love with their new smile. This newfound self-esteem touches every part of their lives and will be with them forever... a smile that ensures their personality shines!

Education and Professional Affiliations

Dr. Milstein is committed to providing patients with the most up-to-date, comfortable, and effective orthodontic care. Throughout the year, she attends numerous orthodontic meetings, lectures, and seminars in order to stay abreast of new techniques, materials, and technologies that emerge every day.

Through careful study and evaluation of new approaches to orthodontic treatment, Dr. Milstein is able to incorporate the best into her practice.

Dr. Milstein is fluent in Russian which is extremely helpful in communication with our expanding Sacramento Russian community.

Dr. Milstein is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society. These organizations offer access to the latest research, the newest treatments, and emerging care options.

Beyond the Office

When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Milstein is most often with her three children: Sasha, Alina, and Max.

The family loves the outdoors and feels fortunate to live in an area rich with an abundance of hiking trails, lakes, and rivers. They love discovering and exploring the natural beauty of Northern California together! Dr. Milstein is also passionate about exercise and cooking.
